The Classes

  • The OG. Our Bread and Butter. A staple here at Pulse.

    Barre is a beautiful blend of Pilates, yoga and ballet mixed into one dynamic class. It takes strength training to a whole new level as we work to ignite the small, stabilizing muscles within your body. This class is the best of both worlds as we work to strengthen your mind AND your body. You can expect a killer playlist, high energy, and moving to the beat as one in this invigorating class.

    Barre is low impact, high intensity, beginner friendly, and safe for all which means EVERYONE is welcome!

  • A fan favorite.

    Yoga Sculpt truly combines everything into one fierce class. You get a yoga warmup and cool down, strength training in the middle and cardio bursts sprinkled throughout, all in one class. This class is rhythmic, and music driven, so you can expect a top-notch playlist every.time. Expect a challenge and a sweat in this class. Modifications are always offered throughout so anyone can join and move at their own pace!

  • Burn is our classic strength training class here at Pulse. You can expect a full body workout every time while also incorporating cardio and core. Burn is a 50-minute class, and each class you will cycle through timed intervals of lifting, cardio and core work. You'll leave this class feeling accomplished and stronger than ever!

  • This class is a total mood lifter! A combination of dance + cardio exercises all while moving to the beat of the music. This class is MORE cardio than a traditional dance class, which means EVERYONE can join! No dance experience required! Dance cardio sculpt includes a dynamic warm up to get your body ready to move and then you will head right into the movements! You can expect basic, easy to follow, fun movements while mixing in some glute + core work on the mat. Prepare to sweat a lot and have a ton of fun!

  • You'll discover a deep relaxation in this grounding, restorative class that includes no movement at all to very little movement. This class is perfect for helping you unwind and soothe the nervous system. Comfy clothes are recommended for this class, and you can expect the room to be lit by candlelight.

Welcome to Pulse! I’m so glad you are here!

Pulse is a safe space for all and an environment full of positive, motivating, and most importantly, FUN, energy. I wanted to create a space where ALL feel welcome while getting a kick ass workout. Pulse has a variety of class styles, killer beats, and is a rhythmic experience that makes you forget about the outside world and responsibilities for 50 minutes. Come exactly as you are, we will take care of the rest!

This is my absolute greatest honor and passion. Leading you all through empowering workouts where you discover your true potential. I cannot wait to get to know you and sweat together!
